...e company is general manager,who don't even know how to do copy paste in excel..😂😃 and his salary is 150000 per month.rubbish totally rubbish..company environment is too bad.even director also don't know how to talk with employees.there is no salary increment,no overtime payment,etc.product quality is too worst in this company.only 3 0r 4 people are working in this company right now..and they are also not satisfied with the company.

Anything and everything the company has to offer. No vision or mission exists! Most of the projects are abandoned over a period of time and what you do is experiment on your skills. Please don't join because no one is stable and no one's gonna make sure your stability. To talk in a nutshell, you shouldn't join here!

The management had a good vision for the their business. Most of the people are from the family only and it makes you feel like family. Good acceptance and no politics which I have seen.

I believe the company should start to provide social security benefits to their employees as it will help them in long run.

I have had a great experience working at shish industries ltd. the workplace atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and fosters collaboration among team members. management is approachable and colleagues are always ready to help, which makes it a pleasant environment to work in.
