Pathetic work life, there is no systematic process to accomplish the task. Lacking in support among the team. There is no proper communication mode between teams. Unstructured working process.

Its a terrible work experience I have ever had in my corporate sales profile. Prior joining the HR was telling frequently not to join a fresh/new startup firm without knowing anything about their work/growth in last few years, the employees current situation in terms of office culture. Its really pathetic that these types of Pvt firms are existing in India with no Job security to their employees

teammates are casual, they have not had any training session since I joined, No Job security, everyone casually talks of their danger of being loosing it, obviously no growth, i havent received my salary since two months, if there is a race or competition then politics arises but here its no race, environment is so dull and featureless, No work ideas and if you are presenting something like the loopholes before the ceo/coo they put it as a disputed issues instead of resolving it, no good work so we cant talk on balancing...

CEO is very cool and interacts with team often. There is always fun activity or parties for employees. Collagues are very friendly and helpful

Dislikes

No recognition of hardwork for appraisal No good team leaders No weekend off If you are in marketing still you have to do cold calls
