On the senior they are providing let say x amount And on the intern GET level they are providing x +4 On the manager level they are providing x + 6 And expecting senior to take over everything after knowing all this

1 Salary compensation is average 2 You can work on many tech stacks here and learn.

1 Poor Work life balance 2 Appraisal is not good despite working really hard 3 Engineering managers do not have much tech knowledge 4 Very tight deadlines from product and they have much greater control over you than engineering

This company is a joke company. There's nothing to like about.

...ey mean that you will be working all night but very strict about reporting time. If you are 30 mins late, half a day salary gone but they expect you to work till 11PM. Losers.

...ife balance. If you are good in politics you are a great fit for this company. People are getting promotions and good salary hike if and only if you are a licker. HR Sanya is a real puppet of CTO. Company is not able to handle lay-offs. Continuously they are hiring and laying off.

The pay is good, the work culture is really awesome. It's been more than a month and SR truly feels home. I really disagree with the negative reviews. Pay is really good
