ShipNet is one of the good companies to have a work life balance. No work pressure. People working are very much experienced and skilled so one can easily learn from them and you will get respect, equal importance even if you are a fresher but the main problem is lack of projects, poor management at top level. I heard from many people-my seniors that before 3- 4 years the company was very good and it was like another home for all but due to the change in management the people are bit worried about their job security and other benefits from the company

Dislikes

The top level management keeps on changing i.e because of that the goal of the company changes and there will be many layoffs every year than one can imagine. The top level management decisions cannot be overwritten by your managers or your senior managers. So, if your name is in the layoff list you will be sent out. The poor thing is, even the managers will not know when his team mates would be terminated.
