The employees and staffs are good.

Dislikes

The MD and Director do not support their employees. There is salary delay regularly and sometimes you do not even get paid for 3-4 months. From the past 4 years, there was no Bonus or Increments awarded to any employees in the organization. The companys management is completely bias and only support, hire or believe those who are from their same caste or state or city. Other castes are ill-treated in the company. They do not pay the Statutory compliances on timely basis. The PF amount gets deducted from everyones salary, but its not submitted to EPFO on timely basis and so it does not reflect in employees PF account too. The GST has not been paid by the company to government since 1 year. There are few legal cases on the company and the MD of the company too.

It is one of the best growing company in India.The work environment of the company is very good. People feel proud to be part of the company as company provides full support to their employees in professional front so I have good opportunity to show my talents.

Salary not paid on time.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is low nd career growth also slow. There is a bond of 1 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It's really a good platform for fresher. Technical skill generates b'coz lots of opportunities company provide to new comer with his senior. They really treat as an younger brother.

Always salary delay.

Both directors are humble and cooperative and aggressive when required. Office is maintained well.

Dislikes

Employing relatives on key positions and loosing control on own business. Believes on their relative only. Non use of common language. Hiding things from other capable employees by using their mother tongue.
