The philosophy and approaches are adorable. As Facilitators, it's a place to learn and unlearn, plan according to ICSE board curriculum but child specific in primary years. Their belief in overall development of child, social emotional physical and cognitive.

Dislikes

None. Wish parents too could understand the philosophy and allow children grow at their pace, atleast till primary years. At home they are exposed to too many online teaching apps, over competitive video games.

Work culture is awesome. Its like you will not like the environment of any other work place once u get the experience at Shikshantar

Career growth.. As it is the only branch and also only having ICS give limited growth.
