Higher authorities, culture, and the values which they preach and practice are opposite. Children of the school are of the low income background, so they are considered like lab rats and all experiments regarding education are done on them, as their parents are not aware of all systems, and they have no capacities to ask any question to authorities. In the name of public service, this is just a money game.

The kids are from not so privileged background so you are working for a good cause.

Dislikes

On paper your salary will be good but not in hand.......too many deductions. The training is in-house and unproductive. They lie alot during interview but its all opposite once you get to know the culture and working after getting in.

Freedom given to the teachers to wear whatever they want and inculcate technology in classroom learning.

Dislikes

The leaders do micromanaging and make teachers life hell. They have zero knowledge about pedagogy and teaching strategies but still argue with experts. Pathetic work culture.
