1-Marketig Strategy is very weak. People are confused with their own strategy, frequently changing in each Quarter sometimes in 15-20 days. 2-Giftiing policy, Sampling policy, Association with the customers policy are far below. even Sample request for the Drs are very complicated and delayed Dr may forget when you come after 10-15 days with the sample. because less then this is not possible. 2-Too may employees in HO, minimum 2 person for 1 small work and things is always delayed due to this. 3-Pay scale & Allowances are far below, Increment and incentive policy is very complicated and delayed. 4-Business volume is always struggling and People are not staying long because of above. 5-Selection process is unnecessarily complicated, top to bottom is taking min 10-12 round interview to a Fresher BE also.
