Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

...ing u have to done no support from HOD always passing blames on operation teams. & always thinking of salary deductions inspite of not your faults .. If u have to sustain here as simple u have to fight like a lawyer keeping proofs with u always.. 365 days & 24/7 u have to fight fight for each & every single things

Nothing i had like,i had left these company in the month of Oct.17.Till date i not yet got my F&F and my PF. No one is answering the phone calls

Dislikes

I don't think so company will give compensation to any one,Work pressure is high.Company itself is not following there SOP's and putting the pressure on employee to follow the same. That is ridiculous.

Very bad culture in company ,they are playing bad politics with each other ,they follow only self SOP not understand other other SOP,even though not taking any kind of responsibility. you can not do any self dependent task, In every task need to approval particular Department head. you cant not feel like manager, feel like working in garage. lots of other thing also which know after joining.
