Lots of exposure. This is the good company to work with when one does not have any other job offer .. This comoany's job remain stable only for 2-3 month.. Accept offers only with due care ..

1.Salary delay . 2.No HR policy in practical 2.Dishonest &crook management . 3.Hardly any policy of operation 4.Too much suspicion on employee from managment side .. 5.Ramport terminations 6.Immature promoters 7.Does not belive in good Employee -Employer relations. 8.Lots of expolitations by managment

Dislikes

Delay in crediting the salary - almost on last week of every month. There is uncertainty of getting hike in salary increment . Job is not secured- can be asked to leave the organisation at any moment, if there is no ready site for delivering the duties. Difficulties and requirements at the site are not getting noticed on time. Despite, undertaking the multi tasking activities at site, mostly it gets unnoticed with the remarks that the site was not being looked after properly. No job satisfaction- one has to be servile in nature to keep the job secured.

Easy and direct approach to MD & Directors. They always listen advices, suggestions patiently. Inter department coordination was at great level during my tenure with company.

Delayed salary else everything was good

Lots of restrictions/criteria to take leave No facilities for employee like cafeteria , sports , policies , team outing , training ,functions , software training , weekend holiday etc..

Working Hrs..... Working style.....matlab jo purana.... Politcs is too much....(Chamchonki Bharmar Hai) too much doing harrashment of staff by seniors.
