Dislikes

Delay in crediting the salary - almost on last week of every month. There is uncertainty of getting hike in salary increment . Job is not secured- can be asked to leave the organisation at any moment, if there is no ready site for delivering the duties. Difficulties and requirements at the site are not getting noticed on time. Despite, undertaking the multi tasking activities at site, mostly it gets unnoticed with the remarks that the site was not being looked after properly. No job satisfaction- one has to be servile in nature to keep the job secured....Read More
