I love the fact they are respecting all. Everybody must take care of each others. Good salary and free food for all employees and contract partners. World largest company and the safety culture is really good.

...aderie amongst team members. Contract only, but extended for further contract. VG salary, & business class flights monthly. Site facilities & accommodation very high class to Shell standards. Kitchen & accommodation hygiene again to Shell standards.

Too much networking needed, pressure on upskilling yourself. Forcing employees to come office despite no customer corelation, as a result productivity issues while working in office

Lack of long term goal specifically a country like india which is growing rapidly. New CEO changes the pay structure and salary goes bellow to the market standards
