Good work environment and culture.Teammate are supportive. They don't give salary hike and bonus every year.

There is lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent comparing to the nature of the job we do. Career growth is slow.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. There is a lots of training opportunity both formal and informal on the job. My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but growth is slow particularly to those of us in the Support Services. The Current Estimated Potential (CEP) which determines the staff growth in the company may not be the true assessment of the staff potential. Once you are assessed, it can rarely be changed no matter how you worked to complete your tasks and targets.

It's a great place for innovation, embracing new technology in a multi diverse cultural environment. Shell offers one opportunity for growth and personal development thereby projecting ones positional attainment within certain period of time. These are possible in a staff position.

Dislikes

In reality, there exist imagery of diversity and exclusion between staff and non staff. Certain materials, software, working tools and privileges to aid seamless work flow are denied for non staff.
