Management is very bad also not others benefits pf, esic, traveling, training period salary, traveling allowance also hr policy is very bad Hr taking one account details for salary parpose salary credit in other bank account

The company is only focussing on products, they don't care for employees salary and other perks, worst Experience in my life, never recommended to join any capable candidate who have big goal in his career or ambitions.

Dislikes

Compensation is not good, no growth, only agenda to growing company, salary never come on time, provident fund never deposited in employee's pf accounts, every month to focussing and thinking how to deduct employees salary. No value for good and decent dedicated employee.

Worst management.. No professionalism, Very rude behavior and treat employees like they are servant. No proper management, No leaves on any festival nor on Sunday, forcing employees not to take leave apart from that they are lying to all employees in hiring process about leaves and policies. Worst company.

Dislikes

No job security, Will tell you to leave your job without further notice and also force you to not to serve notice period because they have to provide you one month extra salary, Also management is so worst, No task management, No advance planing.
