Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. Nothing to be liked this company proves what’s it’s called a Lala company my worst experience till date.

Dislikes

People there the work the culture the salary they never even reimbursed my money which they asked to give as a bribe to someone and never returned. I wasted my 5 months there.

Not any type support, forced to work on site when fully Lockdowm was in India, not any type of safety for covid -19 ,not released the Slry instead employee are present at the site during Lockdown.

Dislikes

This cmpny is not deserve a single star, minimum Slry, Slry process is very slow, and seniors are know only flattery.
