Basically a good company overall, salary wise its very difficult to earn and it seems to be like work more and earn less. Annual Increment will grow up only is hundreds not even thousands best epitome, i got increment of 500 rupees after a year and then next year another 500k and third year that same amount. Finally i left.

Poor salary structure and company try to earn from our salary by not paying benefits properly for which we need to strugle a lot.

The compony have good reputation in market. I like the period of training which I have learned more useful things in Industry.it's have good calture in compony employee.

Dislikes

...arrising things in compony is communication gap of empleeyes in soft floor Area. And compony salary scale is very low about there level in market. Also No more opportunities in compony to growth.

the company is innovative and having the latest technology. i love fact that i was a part of team that market reliable, high quality product and a global client base. i appreciate that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily in collaboration. i also like the employee re-hire policy.

Dislikes

compensation is decent but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. Sometimes i have to work almost 14-16 hours in a day as i have to attend the client in the morning and evening.

WORKING ATMOSPHERE IS VERY GOOD.I LOVE THAT I AM A PART OF THE TEAM TRHAT MARKETS RELIABLE,HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS AND HAS AGLOBEL CLIENT BASE.

Excellent working atmosphere. Team mate are very co operative and and there is no pressure of work.

Quality culture and transparency... My boss also was very nice and supported a lot...

Increment criteria always change so I always suffer i.e. when I was officer and my performance was also well but the increment come based on post. Second time when I promoted then increment come based on junior level.
