1. Please don't join as a Windows Applications Development side with c#, wpf and winforms. Because here windows applications development related project management is full torture (i.e., they are fully work mentality they don't leave early once your work is done also and mainly this project is under micro-management). Other Than c#, wpf and winforms project are superb. 2.Once joined in this organization, it is mandatory to stay 2 months notice period, here their is no buyout option if you want to leave.

Good for freshers.. get some experience and leave job.

Dislikes

Management is worst.. Many manager work only to impress boss. Don't work beyond your expectations, because appraisal is not based on performance. Appraisal is fixed, if you don't work also people get same amount.

Job security is the only one thing, management is not good, no proper hikes given for employees, company needs to change their policies

Dislikes

There is no carrier growth, no proper encourage for implementing the new things, all the employees are from chittor so they will not give respect for kannada people, better not join this company if you are fresher, they pay very less when compared to other companies
