I like nothing in there .Work environment is no good for health as well as for your mind also.No proper place to sit ,eat , conference etc.If you work in machine shop or in office then it is good but if you work in grinding ,PDI,sand plant , Induction furnace then you only pray to god for new job.I don't say work environment is unhealthy but people who working there also not wish to teach you something.There is person production head of grinding section ,I truly said he is worst person you have ever met .He is totally ill minded person, always eager to fight who work under him.
