In Sharjah Cement Factory a well built industrial working culture already developed in between colleagues, senior staffs and management team. Secondly , even if the competitors are already there in the market, whereas continual improvement in the working system and technology both; it is not an easy task to compete with Sharjah Cement Factory either through the products or management because they are well advanced vigilant to sharpen their operational tools.
