Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? In Sharjah Cement Factory a well built industrial working culture already developed in between colleagues, senior staffs and management team. Secondly , even if the competitors are already there in the market, whereas continual improvement in the working system and technology both; it is not an easy task to compete with Sharjah Cement Factory either through the products or management because they are well advanced vigilant to sharpen their operational tools. For me, It was a nice experience and I learned a lot to empower my career growth and working efficiency both! Only because of very personal reasons, I bound to re-sign from there.
