Nothing , At the time of joining HR executives give you the only n the only benefit to lure of ample no of holidays n leaves available to employee but when you join you realize you applied for sumthg n you get sumthg else . You are trapped as you had already quit the previous job so if you are courageous enough to quit n start job search again go ahead or else have to stick for atleast for 1 year. Few ppl run organization n are do deep routed to that they will never move out nor will let you grow. There approach to owners n there presentation regarding you to them will only decide your fate not your hard work.

Dislikes

Work culture being worst , compensation is nt at par with market n no growth .No value of educational certificates as anybody n become anyone n work do basically academic knowledge is nt required even for doctors working on patients who are no less than guinea pigs. Few People have been here since ages and boast it like a big achievement which is in a way is for them as they won't get job anywhere else so better to keep licking owners feet n manage to stay.

... alot. One can learn many things from there. It's a nice start for freshers too. They give salary on time. They r very professional n work environment is great.

Dislikes

The only thing which is not nice that they hv ppl who are on high profile but don't hv qualification. Graduates are seniors and post graduates are junior. There hiring process is bad. They should value degree n knowledge also. In many departments the department heads don't even hv degrees but they r on good position which will make it very difficult for educated people to work with less educated people. Please respect educated people and their degrees and hard work.

I was on notice period and asked to extend my notice, but got relieved in the lockdown period. No support yet.

Dislikes

The managers are not fit for managerial role. Also no scope for good salary hikes or increments. Impartial towards each employee, depends on favouritism. Not a process driven organization.

Everything is fabulous here ,i am totally satisfied with this job, that is the reason i am giving 5 stars for evry points.

Nothing for dislike here everything is best for us and i am working in a great organization but my bad luck my contract become ended soon.
