I have working her from 4 years but there is nothing likable zero learning , zero growth and zero appraisal .

...m basis . there is no systematic increment , promotion and appraisal policy . even we receive salary after 20 or 25 every month so here is a catch about it employee think that they receive salary for one month but actually they receive salary for 50 or 55 days because employer pay the salary on 20 or 25 or sometimes after the month end it is big latency in salary payment it is hard to mange expenditure and EMI's here because employees don't know when they get there salary so if somebody is planing to join SGI make he /she have any other sources of money then they will survive . there is nothing on the name of office decorum and Professionalism. I am a USA Alliance Certified Yoga teacher and successful trader and investor and i am also taking Math and English tuition after and before my job so that's how i am managing my Monthly expenditure and bills

I didn't like anything about Sharda Group of Institutions.

There is no work culture, no environment, Salary never comes on Time, Policies changed frequently, never stand on there words, even they are not concern for providing a good & Hygenic workstation To there Employees...

Work culture and growth both work well.. and the best of all the people working together

If you feel that you need a space to work..this is the place for you ..and if you're okay with taking orders and decision ..this is the place for you

People are nice.Provided all the statutory benefits such as PF,ESIC.

Dislikes

There is no scope for learning, Career growth & no training provided to new joininee .Plus you are not certain about your job designation being fixed.There are no Employee engagement facilities as well as no recreational facilities are provided.Its approach & policies are mostly traditional. No acknowledgement & recognition provided.
