Every employee doing every work . Here merchandiser doing packing supervising . Merchandiser handling stitching karigar write thier per day stitching pcs dealing with cost and quality. Cad designer managing and source packing materials Account manager also dealing with all sourcing vendor . Source everything for company . Actually he is unofficial factory manager every staff call him for every stuck work . This work culture is good for company but not good for individual career growth.

Very very Bad experience. Extramarks consultancy is hiring for sharco enterprise H 117 sector 63 . They called me for factory manager designation post but in offer letter they write assistant production manager.when I ask him for that they told me designation will be promoted for factory manager after performance.But when I join this company they give me work for packing supervisor because they have mostly packing work . They have mostly Throws in product. Please clear before joining. Behaviour of the owners . behaviour of the staff is not friendly very tense environment.they don't have prper plain for delivery of the product. So that is the reason at last time every one doing every work . They don't have any store in the company . Don't have clean and proper wash room , water problem in wash rooms.
