Don't destroy your life don't join this company your life life will be hell. Unlimited duty time ! Average Duty time start 8:00 am - 9:00 pm or sometime it will be more. Daily apporx 13hrs. No personal life only work & work unlimited duty 7 days . Senior Engineers Don't even help junior. Be careful before joining this company..

... which i have worked i felt that is a good place to learn and execute my work. As a trainee engineer you ill get salary of 9000 Rs/Month. Accomodation and Food will be provided by Company.

Lots of cheep Politics happens here and there wont be any respect for engineers also the scale of pay is less. your work shall not be appreciated here also they will give more preference to supervisors.

Particularly not all manager and site have same working culture and that depends on how the manager is at site who treats you in a good Manner or not.Other important thing as a fresher for the job role already told to get support from senior and colleagues to learn And makeup to the roles but was really poor support from the team and politics too much. Poor residential facility and avg food provided. More worries are regarding the labour camps very bad pathetic.
