1. Top Management is very poor and unprofessional all have same quality. Mostly the management have gone to the top in this company from very low position to the top position therefore they are very greedy with there position. 2. All management have their own lobby and support their own people's. 3. Some site have week off and other site don't have week off also and all site have mostly 12 hr of duty. 4. If you don't know what is the leagal and illegal about the rules and relegation and labour law they will cheat you with your rights to get and your money. 5. HR. Department is very poor they only make decisions whatever top management say to them, doesn't care about what is the real problem actually happened. 6. Top management all are from lebanon, which they dont care Or listen to any other nationality, middle management all Asian, Philippines, lots of competition and politics between which top management doesn't care about and labour from Bangladesh, Nepal, Srilanka these staff also become informer to the management and they get appreciate for these. 7. If you have good education and knowledge skills, their is no value for these I have seen a arabic driver become operations manager and a butcher also become area manager in this company. They don't care about what degree you have if you know Arabic language and have little practical knowledge with driving skills then you can become also a manager in this compant very easily.

most critical criminals company in Qatar. they are treat rhe Labour like An Amina. Qatar government help Shaqab Abela catering company for physical, mentally torture. and Ministry of Labour Law and Hukoomi didn't help any Labour.

I know several Managers who have done a crime with me like Mr Akhtar. Mr Asghar, Mr Muddasil Mr ASHISH Kulkarni, Mr Ankit and many more. I will never work with chor chotta company. my whole family die without food it problem.

I have been in the Middle East since 2008 and this is my 6th company in the Gulf . I always leave the company but in Shaqab Abela Catering I would like to stay till my last job of my life because this is one of the best catering company in the Middle East.

Dislike is in some areas senior managers are not good mind my word in some areas.

My opinion for shaqab this company is very good,because in pandemic time they are very supporting us,giving salary on a time,management also very good,and important thing is we have job security,
