...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Hectic work life and lower pay. Never gives leaves in case of personal issue or an emergency. Managers don't respect the work of workers always insist that they have completed the work and take credit of it . There is no value at the work

The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that Store and Purchase department and has a global client base. A a result during the joining in this company as per our request they have given my posting in my native place. It is good for me and my family. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight is a day as I have to attend our Project In-charge call in the evening and sometimes late into the night.Manager do not value and of the times. I do receive appreciation email from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year appraisals.

Issues with payment of salary in timely basis. In some cases delay for 3-4 months My manager specifically was not good and not giving good quality work. She/he was coming late to office and making us also sit late
