...on of task you have to go to different people and no one will give you solution. Salary at which you join that will be your final salary otherwise salary increment are not so great. Career growth is really very slow. No new opportunities will be given. Very less training and learning.

... Marwari company. No site level decision, everything decided by Regional head . Salary structure is vary partiality in same carder. Promotion only for looking a good face and oiling person.

Worse work life balance, no support from management and HR, people have developed skills to give their responsibilities on other shoulders.
