Offer below par salaries HR is keen to give below market value salary as they try to take advantage of the shapoorji brand name. In the process, they are unable to retain good employees

Company has done salary deduction and has tried to reinstate me in my current job during covid 19 and continue with me

Dislikes

Junoir colleagues and new employees have been inducted in the company with more pay for similar nature of work in all streams thereby demotivating and demoralising the old timers. The management has chucked out the old timers by giving poor grades in appraisal for no fault of theirs.

Transfer able jobs, will not entertain new comers keep till completion and remove if no job without notice also , top level scams are more.

...port from HR dept, no recogniation for hard work, only old employers rule. Salary wise nice.
