...ompany does not have strong HR policies, and the work environment is quite poor. There are frequent delays in salary payments, and the company's reputation has suffered as a result. It is not the same Shapoorji Pallonji as it once was, and there are ongoing issues with vendors not receiving timely payments. Despite this, management does not seem to take any action when vendors announce strikes on-site. There is a lot of internal politics, and unnecessary meetings are held that are unrelated to the project. The management, particularly at the regional office in Pune and on-site, is ineffective, and there is a surplus of unproductive staff. If you are looking for a relaxed lifestyle without much concern for work, this might be the place for you. However, if you want to upskill and advance your career, this company will not help you grow professionally. Staying here for a long time will likely hinder your development, and it will be difficult to find a good organization willing to hire you again. Though they are nearing project deadline, they do not provide adequate support to the site to fast-track the project works. Top management are filled with bunch unprofessional, incompetent and foolish staff who doesn't have any interest of the project completion.

Due to management issues many good staff should ignore in increment and promotions new comers less experience has more salary structure as compared to old staff
