Supportive & highly experienced senior management. 4. Open door policy. 5. Lot of support during pandemic with WFH, connect programs, flexible working, etc.

Dislikes

1. Business has taken a serious hit during the pandemic and facing huge challenges. Most of the projects are getting sold off to offset the large debt burden of the group. Business outlook is very negative in short and long term. 2. Salaries getting delayed by over a month. 3. Needs to upgrade systems and processes in many aspects. 4. Lack of training programs for middle management.

This is the ideal & highest level company which is driven by employees rather then management.Every person is significantly taken care irrespective of his/her grade.Company not only believes in humanity also puts it in practice through its policies.I am very happy & feel proud to recognize myself as employee of Shapooriji Pallonji group.

V good company I really appreciate the the environment is v good. V nice company.

Dislikes

Company is v good all things v good. But during my termination survey manager throw me out and I don't know to whom I complain. I worked three years with my great efforts. Please check the activities of survey manager all independent and good surveyors are his targets. He want low minded and weak surveyors. Extra ordinary and good surveyor he terminate by politics.
