Compansation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Everyday i have to work 14-16 hoursstraight in a day. Managers do not value an indivisuals ' unique strenghts, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of times.

i love my Self becouse i freindly Nature person, our company rule very storng, work culture very good becouse all work in team type , we are india top 10 conditionery manufacturing compay we are manufacturing in 1 .25 lacs units anual, our company Founded 2006 Lacation in Rudrapur Uttarakhand-263153
