1. Very low pay amoung listed companies 2. If you are more than one year experienced and looking to join this firm, choose wisely!!! You won't even be in consideration for a permanent role for the next 2 years. Even if you're the best performer in the company!! 3. Lots of politics. Deserving candidates are sidelined if you don't align with their views.

...ed shop floor with in sufficient lighting environments and space requirements. Exploiting resources with low salary compared to market standards.

We can gain more knowledge about gearbox and the company atmosphere is very good. Supporting staffs are very good. Everything is good in this company expects salary.

Lots of politics especially by Saravana Prakash who doesn’t know anything about running a company and supports to people who just praises him.All he knows is only to perform pooja and build temples in all the units.Rajesh who doesn’t know how to behave tells everyone that he will quit if he gets a better offer but he won’t give experience certificate to anyone who resignes.Since top people are like this people below them copy this same attitude. Not worried about delivering quality product. All they want is value , profit , cost saving. Feeling pity the way they handle customers.It’s pathetic so see that Murugappa group keep these people in top position in their organization and talk about five lights.
