No work life balance and you will be watched in every seconds by junior people. MD ask about your performance with your juniors. Toxic environment in HO. ...m as god. Even I am suffered from himoglobin content & hospitalised till 15days. I that situation company directed my salary in 2month. After I write apology letter & Medical certificate & Hospital discharge summary. It's the worst experience in my 12 years experience in working field. If family persons are there means during interviews time they will tell they pay home rent & all after joing to site no facility. Even no health insurance. These things we told to site level management they are telling for accommodation have to work 3 years in company. For medical claim 5years. This is policy.
