...m as god. Even I am suffered from himoglobin content & hospitalised till 15days. I that situation company directed my salary in 2month. After I write apology letter & Medical certificate & Hospital discharge summary. It's the worst experience in my 12 years experience in working field. If family persons are there means during interviews time they will tell they pay home rent & all after joing to site no facility. Even no health insurance. These things we told to site level management they are telling for accommodation have to work 3 years in company. For medical claim 5years. This is policy.

Only HO people will get salary on 5th and site people will get on after 20th.

If u want to experience jail without doing any non legal activities then you most welcome to join here. This is one of the worst experience in my professional journey. No work life balance and you will be watched in every seconds by junior people. MD ask about your performance with your juniors. Toxic environment in HO. Only people don't have self respect/honor/rage will work here. If you have then don't think of to join here.

The working environment here is pretty much planned & settled. On time salary is one major highlight though the hike is not uniform.

The pandemic condition of the country is very bad & it has surely affected the economic sector. But when the company turnover has achieved its targets proper hikes & increments should be given. As it's a peak time it will affect our career as we get stagna6 here.
