The support, recognition and encouragement received from the management is highly motivating. The working environment is conducive to self-growth, in terms of both knowledge and profession. An appropriate amount of freedom is accorded to innovate and develop teaching methodology suitable to the needs of the students. They are forcing Teachers to leave their jobs by saying personal reasons in their resignation letters

Teaching staff is really very good and doing commendable work at this point of time. And MD is also very supportive but in between management are not considering their teachers and their family situation at this point of time. There should be no forcefull resignation
