First of all, we should call it a shop not a company because there is no work ethics by the owner.I have seen the owner firing employees in just 7 days.I was fired in 50 days. So, everyone can get fired anytime because the owner do not know the meaning of job profiles.If you are a HR person then you are responsible for production as well.So, basically the owner is running a big shop.He do not give you the full and final amount after firing even if it is of 50 days.He will tell you to file a case in consumer court.That is the level of cheapness the owner shows. Never join this shop.You will regret it.
