With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. I was working in Shakti Infosolutions for about 2.6 years. It was a mixed feelings. I learned everything by myself. Sometimes my colleagues may not be supportive. But if you learn the work quickly,you will have a very good time out there. Company culture and timings are good. You will feel like a family if you move on smoothly.

Dislikes

Unfriendly colleagues sometimes,not all times though.
