The management is co-operative in this organisation. I would like to say that freshers have opportunity to learn and will be able to growth themselves here.

Dislikes

There are many things to dislike, teammates are not supporting, poor salary structure and increments, high work pressure. It seems sometimes that entire organisation is divided in many groups and are ready to make you uncomfortable. No smooth work culture. There is no support staff provided in HR Department, I am the only person to handle entire work-scope.
