Very poor this company. Salary give evey 25th date . Yearly bonus not give .yearly increment not give for past 3 Years . No job security.

One can get work life balance and have plenty of time to do other activities. Knowledge transfer is decent if worked under reliable managers.

Dislikes

Cannot dream for big salaries or appraisals, job security is out of our hands, Late payment for employees, Internal politics and limited growth in career. No increment, but one should work as he /she had got a lot of increment.

My team was good..but still had there was hell lot of politics, as the manager was nearly late 50's and wanted everyone to wait even after our regular working hour. So, he could show that his team always works more.

Dislikes

The management was one of a reason, we had a lot of design engineers with very little source to work with. Poor work culture.

This company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am apart of a team that vendor development reliable.

Growth is slow. Manager do not value an individual. Unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestion
