In this company only nepotism & oiling is the key to achieve promotions & good salary hikes. You dedication to work is not countable. And one more thing always work here. That is "M Factor" (Marwadi Factor).

Group is very good. Job security is good, company Facility batter.

Company is good bt management policy is very bad, salary structure so bad, salary pay by employees very late, no actual date to pay salary , senior employees no respect to junior employees. Security are torching night shift employees.

Some HR police, family accommodation is not available there, canteen facility is almost average.
