...ot carry your phone to your work desk. One have to keep the phone in the locker. Even if you work till 10 PM no benefits will be received by thisI mean don't expect them to pay extra, they won't.

0 work life balance. Employee is never appreciated.always management is in the baise. The people who is running the business have no idea how to run business. Also always giving you false hope as a management.

The timing are 24/7 without phones and only certain people are given freedom to roam around.

No policy in place. No management decision and no one stands for employees. Leaves not provided when asked. Business Head asks personal questions about life and what you do at weekends. They threaten you daily about the job telling you that they dont need you. They would always speak that the team is not efficient, no output and all. Nobody motivates to work. I wish the people at the USA takes a stand and see what is happening with the current and ex employees. I heard they stop your payments as soon as you leave the company so people try to leave it on the salary day itself.
