Everything is good in Shailja, the work is done with full safety, the behavior of all the people in the company is good, hence the work is done well, there is no complaint of any kind and the salary is also received on time.

Sometimes goods are not delivered on time. If you need something, you have to wait. And less manpower is given, if more manpower is required then less manpower is used.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
