There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Overall induction program was good. Also it run by Shah family which is purely greedy and focuses on profit, profit and profit. There is nothing like HR there. All activities and decision is driven by directors. HR does not have any stand, because of there is no HR policy, which is resulted into pathetic work culture.

In any small issue, HR seek guidance or seek decision from directors. HR does not have any individual identity.

Company policy is good but If person is resign then placed of him many times not fulfillment vacancy and his role ane responsibilities burden is given to another person

Peoples are not supportive there, Not ready to teach and not believing in leadership. Company is really good as management is also good but team members are not at all supportive.
