Talking about pros, If you are a good textile lover and have great patience then it's the right place for you.

Dislikes

...ional kind of work environment. Thirdly there will be no flexible work timings . You have work for atleast 10-11 hours per day and U will not be getting any bonus for that. Finally it's not a great place to work if you are from engineering background.
