Nothing ! they do only Partialliaty between employees as there Castesims, they always pressurise the employees to complete their target without any incentive and do extra overtime and they do not provide incentives of this to complete target . Managers are also very worst in this company

...company and the atmosphere of the company. Totally fake people and fake company. Salary is also very low according to their work. They always give threat to remove from the company.

You only need your learning skills. If you are a quick learner, you are welcomed.

There is minimal chance to get promoted on higher level. There is no increment in salary. There is no fixed working hours. You have to work approx 10 or 11 or maybe 12 hours everyday. As a TL, i still feel like a labourer even after graduation.

Mainly, Our jobs are secured even during this Pandemic. Timely salary even at Work from home, A company can treat no better to their employees than this organisation.

There is no such thing as dislike about working here. Yes, we have to work a bit more than hard to apply to get promoted. But that's what we are supposed to do. try harder.

No good company culture ,no salary hike and bonus in a year. No food And bus facilities.

Attendance issue with salary deduction methods. With face punching taken data with Excel sheet. Match your attendance every week with Excel sheet from HR department.

office location was the only good thing about this company other than this rest all are just pathetic. speaking about company employee, every one is just low standard people. except IT department rest all departments people are uneducated and unethical. less bothered about your personal life you have to work 12hours a day still they will not see it. Akhil - the peorson who dont have any idea about logistics is the zonal head for it. AMAZING he doesnt even know what work falls under operation department. word by him- '' main nahi janta, app karoge ye bs karoge". Job security- not at all secured they can ask you to resign at any point of time. they will ask you to come to office during pandemic, why! because you are not having much work so just come to office. program manager is living in his own world.
