They have terminated me due to cash pendency but the TL has done the fraud activity but Recovery team has didn't taken any action on the TL now they have been terminated I have worked for shadow fax for 4 month with good performance and hard work

I am delighted to have worked for this organisation; I have learnt a great deal here, and it is a rapidly rising company.

...'s They are not allowing me to feel free and communicate my doubts and blunders. The second point is concerning salary, which is my main concern. 16k is not the ideal package for HUB INCHARGE, and there is no other person to assist me, such as a team lead or assistant team lead, with loading, unloading, and operational assistance. The third factor is manpower supply. No one helped with this, no support from the HR team or the vendor, etc.... These are the primary reasons I'm quitting this job.

Nothing ! they do only Partialliaty between employees as there Castesims, they always pressurise the employees to complete their target without any incentive and do extra overtime and they do not provide incentives of this to complete target . Managers are also very worst in this company

...company and the atmosphere of the company. Totally fake people and fake company. Salary is also very low according to their work. They always give threat to remove from the company.

Our Zonal Manager and other Authority Figures were very supportive in every way. System was easy, operations and SOPs were simple and mobile applications were useful and the Customer's Privacy were at best.

Dislikes

... Saturday, (Sunday too if vehicle arrives). There was no time for personal life. Salary never increased during my 2 years in Shadowfax under two different Vendors. We were only 2 staffs in the Aizawl Shadowfax Hub, so we had to take care of everything including Loading/Unloading of vehicles, and we sometimes have to deliver some of the products.

You only need your learning skills. If you are a quick learner, you are welcomed.

Dislikes

There is minimal chance to get promoted on higher level. There is no increment in salary. There is no fixed working hours. You have to work approx 10 or 11 or maybe 12 hours everyday. As a TL, i still feel like a labourer even after graduation.
