...nds on manager but overal sfx never try to encourage to relieve the employees... About Work culture is as per my experience is good and If you want salary hikes and speed career growth you can easily choose Shadow fax because who performing they will recognize by top level management and they will get roles change and as well as salary hikes...It is a very good best quality in this sfx company.....

About shift roasters, There is no monitoring on manger for how assigning shifts to under employees because here few managers showing favourism on employees so he will give week offs and leaves their convinent.... And Policies, For example byod and there is no handset claim and also recharge claim 60% and we need to work here as 24/7 and also we have mandatory leaves but no one allows to take those leaves then why company providing don't know.... But still company performing top level means because sfx employees never care above problems because colleagues and Top level management give that much of liberty for working... Overall we have problems but we are enjoying those also here it will be different experience for our future.....

They have terminated me due to cash pendency but the TL has done the fraud activity but Recovery team has didn't taken any action on the TL now they have been terminated I have worked for shadow fax for 4 month with good performance and hard work

...'s They are not allowing me to feel free and communicate my doubts and blunders. The second point is concerning salary, which is my main concern. 16k is not the ideal package for HUB INCHARGE, and there is no other person to assist me, such as a team lead or assistant team lead, with loading, unloading, and operational assistance. The third factor is manpower supply. No one helped with this, no support from the HR team or the vendor, etc.... These are the primary reasons I'm quitting this job.
