Lack of career growth, job security is at it worst for offroll employees, low salary and benefits. Hectic work no proper recognition. Salary increment you should forget. This above mentioned comments only for shadowfax offroll employees.

Shadow fax is a logistics company where we work on operations with delivery executives. As of now I have been experiencing a good work tactics but the is growth is very slow. Me in personal gained a lot of patience in my work

There is no growth and also no satisfy with my pay and my earnings

1. Poor Policy 2. Job Security 3. Poor in Manpower Management 4. Toxic Politics (Only buttering employees is okay to survive here) 5. Poor in Data Management. 6. Poor in F&F process. 7. Gap between top management to mid level. 8. Poor in Exit Process. 9. poor in reimbursement process. there is no check point. 10. No work satisfaction. I have strongly not recommended to anyone to join here

...ub incharge is all rounder here like vehicle loading unloading and sorter too...there is no value of a hub incharge he is also a normal worker but salary gets of a manager...

I am delighted to have worked for this organisation; I have learnt a great deal here, and it is a rapidly rising company.

...'s They are not allowing me to feel free and communicate my doubts and blunders. The second point is concerning salary, which is my main concern. 16k is not the ideal package for HUB INCHARGE, and there is no other person to assist me, such as a team lead or assistant team lead, with loading, unloading, and operational assistance. The third factor is manpower supply. No one helped with this, no support from the HR team or the vendor, etc.... These are the primary reasons I'm quitting this job.
