Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Good company to gain knowledge. And the boss's are respectful and professional.

Dislikes

They Don't pay proper salary. To give you an example. Once a customer bought a product from me and the boss said give them a pay later option.. The payment was not done and I had already left the company. They didn't pay me that amount and took it from my salary.. I was really in need of that money and they didn't care. Very bad for a man who has made so much money in his life and still wants more. When you die you take that 2500 with you. F off shaddai
