Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). Salary on time. Transparent Attendance and Leave system. Expert in marketing to attract parents and students with false promises.

Dislikes

Frequent reduction and cancellation of holidays. Extended work hours most of the days without any overtime payment. Low salaries and no increase. Incentives only for relatives and those who behave like bonded labourers. No recognition and reward for good work. Festivities going on all the time for students and management not interested to provide and encourage quality teaching. Even Professors not provided computer and air-conditioning. All efforts and expenses devoted only for marketing. Audio visual aids in Lecture halls outdated and frequently out of order
